My 3D Print projects
On this page you'll find a selection of my 3D Print projects.
All projects are drawn by me (mostly in
Fusion 360,
some in
Tinkercad), printed by me, but a lot of the ideas are inspired on other peoples work.
Kinetic Art
Objects that look nice and move.
Static Art
Not moving, but looking nice
-
Sierpkinksy
A 3D variant of the Sierpkinksy curve.
-
Chip model
This was not intended as "art", but rather as an instruction model on the inner layering of a semiconductors chip. Looks colorful though.
Boxes
A very classical application of 3D Printing: boxes for electronics projects
-
Electricity Meter
Big display, showing the current electricity used by our house, as reported by the so-called P1-port of the electricity smart meter.
-
Mini keyboard
An extra keyboard for my son, with special keys during gaming.
See also GitHub.
Puzzles
I like puzzles, and a 3D printer allows rapid prototyping
Engines
My father in law makes models of
engines.
-
Carburetor
To skill myself in Fusion 360, he proposed I made one of his objects. Since heat and plastic doesn't go together, I made his
Carburetor.
-
Stirling engine
Since the carburetor was easy, we challenged ourselves. Project is not yet finished, the motor is not yet running.
Useful
Can you make useful things with a 3D printer. You can, but I hardly do
-
Decoration
for flowers for my wife. An early print. To be honest, this one I did not draw myself
I believe I got it here.
-
Lego
A special worm gear nut for Lego.
-
Windshield holder
A windshield holder, specially made for my phone, with a bumper case.
